- Details: Each customized product is crafted with care, requiring detailed work to meet our high standards. This process includes engraving, printing, and quality checks.
Ready-Made Products:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
- Products: Non-customizable items (e.g., ready-made necklaces, memorial crystals).
- Details: These products are pre-made and stocked, allowing for faster processing times. Once an order is placed, it undergoes a quick check before shipment.
Shipping Methods
We utilize UPS and USPS for shipping all orders. The shipping time is separate from processing time and varies based on the destination.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after the processing time.
- Expedited Shipping: Options are available for faster delivery upon request; please contact our support for details.
Note: The day of shipping should not be included when estimating transit or delivery times.
General Shipping Guidelines:
- Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. Orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect delivery addresses will be refunded for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
